Remodeling of Grade II Listed first floor flat. Provision of new services throughout. Complicated job where the original Victorian cornices, lath plaster ceiling and original hardwood floor were required to be maintained. In the end the owner decorated the living room space with antique furniture brought from New York. Most of the furniture was made on site following the curve of the walls or wall recess. New kitchen fitted.
